Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send a written communication to our designated agent containing the following information:

Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
Identification of the infringing material including the specific URL or location on our site where the material is found.
Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email address.
A good faith statement that you believe the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Incomplete notices may delay processing. Please ensure all required elements are included to avoid rejection.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on our site.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party and restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless we receive notice that a lawsuit has been filed.
